It is a 20 pence (100 pence to a British Pound) coin from the United Kingdom. You can read more about it in this Wikipedia article.
I love the colorful lollipop. Reminds me of childhood. :)
And the picture that wins for smiles for today is that handsome little chap wearing the oversized glasses. Too cute! =)
