I grew up with this girl.
We were the only first graders.
She was my hero.
She put up with my clinging-ness and my moody-ness.
She shared my giggles and my tears and my 'crushes'.
We have ever so many memories.
Now it's time to say goodbye and I don't want to, somehow it seems wrong.
Sometimes I hate life.
Last night I spent the evening two of my 'oldest' friends. We went to school together. We argued. We dreamed. We shared lunches. We laughed. We share ever so many memories. I honestly don't know when or even if, we'll ever spend an evening together again. Michelle goes to Jamaica, and after a while I'll go to CO.
So as much as I hate life, I love it just the same. These girls know so much about me, they are in some of my favorite memories. I'm so glad I was able to share so much of my life with them. They have been some of God's most precious gifts.
So, my dear friends, thank you for last night. For making more memories with me. I will treasure them always. I will treasure you always. . . I love y'all.
Shelly, may you be used of God. May His goodness shine from your life. Goodbye for now.

It's so sad and beautiful at the same time, you know? I love u both so much. That was an evening I'll cherish. ~Tink PS. Did I tell u Alex doesn't work @ Huddle House anymore? =)
